The ultrasonic liposuction allows the treatment of localized accumulations of fat in topical areas of the body such as abdomen, hips, inner thighs, etc. This new liposuction technique in its original form was a mixed technique that combined the ultrasounds disruptive action on adipocytes with traditional aspiration. The intervention used to be practiced by introducing in the subcutaneous fat (which was injected a local anesthetic combined with a saline solution for the transmission of ultrasound) a handpiece that was shaped like a cannula and allowed the aspiration of excess fat.

The technique was very similar to a normal liposuction and the only downside was made up of some minor burn caused by overheating of the tissues of the dermis due to the effect of ultrasound. In recent years it has spread rapidly a new less-invasive technique that uses ultrasound applied from outside, without introduction under the skin of the ultrasound emitter. This way you avoid the side effects of traditional ultrasonic liposuction that burns tissue and may accidental injury organs. Obviously this new liposuction method has less effect than the classical one and is particularly useful for treating small fat deposits, particularly hard and located in difficult areas such as ankles, wrists and upper abdomen.

The treatment is well indicated to reshape areas already treated with previous liposuction. Manipulating from outside the handpiece, it’s possible to act with extreme accuracy to precisely sculpt the body contour. Furthermore, the external stimulation of ultrasound promotes greater compaction of the skin and therefore can treat over relaxed areas of the body. After the treatment with ultrasound disrupted adipocytes are removed by introducing thin cannulas and sucking out the fat.

If the amount of liquefied fat is not excessive, aspiration is not practiced and the excess fluid is disposed from the bloodstream and lymphatic systems that lead it to the liver that metabolizes them as it does for dietary fat. The duration of the intervention, the post operative period and the type of anesthesia depend on the amount of fat to remove.

Botox has been a runaway success and has signed to the cosmetic surgery industry that non invasive approaches are welcome by many people. The industry has responded favorably and has introduced a number of non surgical procedure that deals with tummy tuck, rhinoplasty, face lift etc. In the article below, you will find more information on two of these non invasive approaches to improving your looks.

Non surgical tummy tuck has a number of new procedures being approved by FDA recently. One is the tri laser treatment that uses laser to expand the fibers in your tummy and tighten them. Through this process, no operation is needed as the patients simply have to let the machine targets the laser on their tummy. Another method is called the lipodissolve. This involves injecting chemicals that helps to resolve the fat. The melted fats will then be discharged from your body through your urine.

Another new procedure is the non surgical rhinoplasty. This procedure for the nose relies on fillers. All the surgeon needs to do is to create a small opening at the side of the nose and do the insertion of the fillers. Currently, there are two types of fillers that is available in the market.

The first type is the non permanent type. They are frequently used by people wants to first assess how they would look after the rhinoplasty before deciding on whether they want to proceed with the actual operation. The second type of filler is the permanent type. If done well, these type of filler can help to contour your shape forever without you needing to go for any surgical operations.

The common advantages of these two procedures is the fast recovery and the lack of any discomfort during the recovery period. Prices wise, they are also cheaper than traditional cosmetic surgery. Hence, with so many benefits, it is little wonder that they are becoming more and more popular.

If you are currently considering whether or not to undergo liposuction treatment to help remove fat from your body and to help shape it in a way that appeals to you then you may want to check out the smart lipo treatment option. This is a newer technique that has only been around since 2007, but has gained a lot of traction since its release and is becoming very popular. There are a couple reasons for this, but the biggest one is the way it works and the noninvasive process that is involved which appeals to many people. Some people are terrified of a traditional liposuction surgery because of what is required for you to undergo one.

That is why alternative treatments have been popping up in the last 10 years to help capture more people that are interested in going through this type of process. The smart lipo laser or high-intensity laser is what is used to melt and liquefy the fatty tissues or fat cells inside of the body. This is a very noninvasive process and the laser allows doctors to be able to perform this treatment with precision and to really shape the body in a way the patient desires. Since it is relatively new, it does not have as many procedures completed as alternative treatment options such as Vaser liposuction or traditional liposuction, but it is growing quickly.

Some people may have been considering an alternative option called lipodissolve, which uses small injections of a chemical solution that is designed to melt or dissolve the fat from your body. This is a non-FDA approved process and comes with mixed results. Some people have seen success when undergoing this treatment while others have seen negative results as well as negative side effects. Since there has not been long-term testing done to determine what side effects the chemical solution can have on the body over time this is a big reason why the FDA has not approved its treatment.

One of the most popular plastic surgery procedures in the United States today is liposuction. With that said, there are numerous variants of this procedure. Therefore, we are going to discuss one of the more common techniques: tumescent liposuction.

Tumescent liposuction is for anyone who is healthy, yet wants to rid themselves of fatty deposits they can not remove with exercise. This procedure is so effective that you not only get a trimmer looking physique, you also are able to return to work with only a minimal amount of recovery time.

Another interesting aspect of tumescent liposuction is that once the fat deposits are removed, they will not grow back. While we mentioned above that the recovery time really is minimal, you shouldn’t expect to see the final results of your surgery for up to three of four months. This time period will allow the swelling to subside and the body to properly heal.

As for the actual procedure, a cosmetic surgeon will often perform this procedure with local anesthesia. With local anesthesia, the patient remains conscious (unlike with general anesthesia). If the thought of having surgery while conscious frightens you, make sure your speak with your surgeon about having the option of general anesthesia.

During the surgery, the surgeon will inject a fluid into your fat deposits (this fluid is composed of lidocaine and a vasoconstrictor). These drugs allow your fat deposits to swell while your capillaries shrink (which minimizes blood loss during the surgery). Then, the surgeon uses a micro cannula to remove the fatty deposits from your body.

While we alluded to less blood loss, this procedure also has the benefits of less bruising and swelling when compared to the other liposuction techniques. Additionally, with tumescent liposuction, a patient is often able to get a more contoured look.

If you would like further information on liposuction, please feel free to visit the Fort Worth Liposuction Guide. Additionally, since many people will get a tummy tuck along with liposuction, you may want to visit the Tummy Tuck New Jersey Guide for more information.
