Rarely does the topic of weight-gain center on the face, which is a huge oversight. Because when a person gains weight, one of the first areas of notice is the face.  Read on to learn how to lose face fat.</p>
<p><em>Problem is, how do you lose what is better known as face fat?</em></p>
<p>It’s not as difficult as it may seem: the face is composed of muscles and any time you have muscles you can perform exercises that will burn calories and in the process lose weight. In this case, lose the puffiness and face fat.</p>
<p><strong>The Face</strong></p>
<p>One of the worst by-products of face fat is a double chin. Even men and women who aren’t overweight can develop a <a href="http://www.loseadoublechin.com">double chin</a>. One of the easiest exercises to tone up and get rid of this face fat is a simple head extension: extend your head as far back as possible and then extend forward. This is one repetition. You want to do at least 50 repetitions – front and back – for 3 sets. It’s important to do this exercise slowly or you can make yourself dizzy. <p><strong>The Rest of the Body</strong></p>

Water flushes the body and purifies the skin and that includes the face. Besides, drinking lots of water can take the edge off your appetite which in turn will help you burn calories. And again, as we’ve pointed out, once you start to lose weight you tend to notice it first in the face.</p>
