Follow a healthy lifestyle. Don’t just concentrate on exercising your chin; you must maintain an active routine. Go for a walk, exercise regularly and eat healthy food. If you belong to the category of couch potatoes, it is time that you wake up now! Start following an exercise routine and watch your weight. Taking a low calorie nourishing diet along with your exercises will definitely help in achieving what you want. Combine exercise with a low calorie diet and junk the junk food. If you remain active, you will reduce the unwanted weight and that will further help in reducing the double chin.
