Face Fat Loss

Face fat can be an embarrassing thing for anyone, regardless of gender or age. Face fat can be non-surgically reduced using natural methods, but may take several weeks of continuous work to achieve the desired results.

The quickest and easiest way to begin face fat loss is to reduce your daily caloric intake. Reducing the amount of calories you consume will help you to lose a few pounds. When you lose weight, your face will appear thinner and more slender. The narrow appearance of your face after losing weight will be caused by a reduction in facial fat. Most doctors suggest losing only one to two pounds each week. Cutting out high fat food, sugary drinks and alcohol will dramatically reduce the amount of calories you consume each day.

Drink more water throughout the day. Avoid consuming caffeinated beverages, as these can cause bloating in both your belly and your face. Water is the best drink to consume when you are trying to reduce your weight and appear thinner. Water should be consumed on a regular basis and will help to fill you up, so you will eat less. Water is also an excellent way to stay hydrated throughout the day and is especially important to drink when you are exercising. Facial bloating is often a problem in women who have recently given birth or who are experiencing PMS. Water will help reduce the bloating.

You can also perform facial exercises to work the muscles in your face and neck, which will reduce the amount of fat in your face. To exercise your face and neck, turn your head from side to side. Tilt your head down so that your chin is touching your clavicle, then lean it as far back as possible. Repeat these exercises 10 times quickly. Try doing them several times throughout the day. Another exercise that reduces facial fat is to “roll” your head in circles. Roll your head in one direction, then in the opposite direction. Do this 10 times in each direction. You should be able to feel the muscles in your neck working especially hard.
